Terms of use
This wording is still awaiting legal review — it describes intent, but it is not a final agreement yet. Governing law and the operating entity are still to be set.
These terms cover the Zora app for iOS and Android and this site. Installing or using Zora means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Zora on devices you own or control, for as long as these terms are kept. The app itself, its design and its code stay ours. You may not copy, resell, decompile or rebuild the app from its parts.
What you make is yours
Your boards and anything you add to them belong to you. We claim no licence over them, and we do not have them — they are on your device.
Zora Plus
Zora Plus starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes a paid subscription that renews automatically at the price shown in the app at the time you subscribe. Payment is taken by Apple or Google, and renewal is charged to that account.
Sticker packs are part of Plus. A pack is typesetting for your own boards, and not a licence to redistribute the artwork outside Zora.
Cancel from your Apple or Google account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current period runs to its end. Refunds are handled under the policies of the store you bought through, not by us.
Discover imagery
Photographs in Discover are licensed to Zora for use inside boards, including boards you export or print for yourself. You may not extract them for other purposes — resale, stock libraries, client work, or redistribution as images in their own right.
Fair use of the app
Do not use Zora to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights with material you add, or to interfere with the app’s operation or the services it depends on.
Backups and loss
Because your boards live on your device, losing the device, deleting the app or a failed restore can lose them. Backups are yours to start and yours to keep. We cannot recover a board we never had a copy of.
Warranties
Zora is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights stand.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of Zora is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost boards or lost time.
Changes and ending
These terms may change as the app changes; the date at the top moves with them, and continuing to use Zora means accepting the new version. You can end this agreement whenever you like by deleting the app.
