How do I start a board?
Start a board, then drag anything out of the add-drawer — stickers, your gallery, or stock search. Pieces rest where you drop them, at the angle they landed, and a tap selects a piece to edit or move.
How do I back up my boards, or move them to a new phone?
On iPhone, Zora copies your boards, pocket and settings to your own iCloud by itself whenever they change, and Settings has a Back up now button if you want to be sure. Install Zora on a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID and your boards come back the first time it opens. On Android, your boards and pocket are part of the phone's own Google backup, so they return when that backup is restored onto a new phone — check it is switched on in Android's system settings before you change phones. On both, Discover photographs download again by themselves, but photos you added from your own library are not in the backup and stay on the old phone. A backup restores a new install; it does not keep two phones in sync.
How do widgets work, and why does one look stale?
Add a Zora widget the way you add any other: press and hold the homescreen, open the widget picker, choose Zora, and pick a size. Then choose which piece it shows. Countdowns and checklists are the two kinds that keep working on their own, so those are the ones worth putting there. If a countdown looks stale, opening the app once refreshes every widget. The operating system, not Zora, decides how often a widget may redraw itself — it budgets refreshes across every app on the phone, and low-power mode on iOS or battery saver on Android slows them further. That is normal and not a sign anything is broken. If a widget is still stale after you have opened the app, remove it from the homescreen and add it again.
How do I restore a purchase on a new install?
Zora Plus lives on your App Store or Google Play account, and sticker packs come with it. Reinstalled the app? Use “Restore purchases” in settings — nothing is ever bought twice, and it is your store account that remembers, not an account with us.
How do I cancel the trial?
On iOS: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Zora, Cancel. On Android: Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Zora, Cancel. Do it at least 24 hours before the seven days are up and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the trial becomes a paid subscription that renews automatically at the price shown in the app when you subscribed, charged by Apple or Google rather than by us. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the period you have already paid for running to its end, so there is no reason to wait until the last day. Refunds are handled under the policies of the store you bought through. Nothing on your boards is deleted when Plus ends.
How do I print a board?
Open the board, then Export. Save an image to share, or send it straight to a printer or a print shop. A4 and Letter both come out clean; for anything larger, export at the highest size offered and let the shop scale it.
Can I use my own photographs?
Add anything from your camera roll. Discover is there for the days when nothing in your library fits, not instead of your own pictures.
